A mother's distress

He went into his parents' room after getting ready for class and went to ask if she was ready When suddenly he hears shouting and he saw his brother with autism come out the room. So he went to have a look Then he got a shock when he saw his mother on the bed crying Asking why , she replied "Gavin, I have tried everything, therapy, massage, positive reinforcement and even prayer and yet there is no change in your brother. " Then at the corner of the room he saw the wall covered with scribbles he knew that it was his brother as he was the only one in the house who would so such a thing, the thing is normally that is not what ten year olds are doing "I am so scared and worried for his future , what's going to come of him when we are not there for him in a time of need." " Have I not given him enough for him to still act this way?" Am I a bad parent?" He did not know what to do, though it was his brother he did not seem as emotional compared to his mother. The tears on her face did not only show her sadness it showed the hopelessness that is creeping into his mother. He could see where she was coming from. This was something that had pushed her limit.

Dia masuk ke dalam bilik ibu bapa untuk selepas dia bersedia untuk pergi ke sekolah

Tiba-tiba dia terdengar bunyi menjerit dan melihat adiknya yang mempunyai autisma keluar bilik. Jadi dia pergi masuk untuk melihat apa yang telah terjadi

Dia terkejut apabila dia melihat ibunya terbaring di atas katil dengan tangan menutup mukanya dia sambil dia menangis.

Bertanya mengapa Ibunya menjawab

"Gavin, saya sudah cuba segalanya, terapi, pengurutan, pengukuhan positif, dan juga berdoa dan belum nampak apa-apa perubahan pada adik kamu.

Kemudian di sudut bilik Gavin nampak dinding penuhi dengan contengan. Dia tahu ini adalah tindakan adiknya kerana hanya dia yang akan melakukan sebegitunya, perlakukan yang budak berusia 10 tahun normal tidak akan lakukan

"Saya terlalu takut dan bimbang untuk masa hadapan dia. Apa akan terjadi kepada dia bila kita tidak ada untuk masa keperluan dia?"

"Adakah saya tidak memberinya cukup perhatian dan pertolongan dan dia masih bertindak seperti ini?"

"Adakah saya ibu yang teruk?"

Gavin tidak tahu apa yang perlu dilakukan, walaupun ini adik dia. Dia tidak beremosi berbanding dengan ibunya. Air mata pada mukanya tidak hanya menunjukkan kersedihannya, ia menunjukkan perasaan putus asa yang menular ke dalam ibunya. Dia sedar kenapa ibunya bertindak seperti ini. Keadaan ini telah menolaknya melebihi hadnya.
